Cllr. Paul Osborn was amongst the speakers at the annual Public IFTAR programme (fast breaking ceremony) on Wednesday 22nd  May 2019 at Harrow Central Mosque.

He spoke about the problems faced by the Muslim community in Harrow as well as the amazing way Harrow's community comes together both in celebration and in adversity, saying "Last time I was at Harrow Central Mosque was just after the awful terrorist attacks in Christchurch, I am glad to be here now on a happier occasion to celebrate the blessed month of Ramadan and to join you for Iftar."
