At the February budget meeting, Harrow’s Labour Councillors failed to propose an alternative budget.

Despite complaining and attacking the Conservative Councillors plan for Harrow, Labour did not try to amend the budget and they did not suggest any costed alternatives.

During the 2020, 2021 and 2022 Labour budget debates, Harrow Conservatives always proposed costed alternative plans.

Labour left Harrow Council’s budget in deficit, now they suffer from a complete deficit in ideas.
