High Court Upholds Sadiq Khan’s ULEZ Expansion

Regretfully last Friday the High Court decided that Sadiq Khan’s ULEZ expansion was lawful. Despite the passionate case put forward by Harrow, Hillingdon, Bromley, Bexley and Surrey Councils’ barrister, the judge decided not to halt the Mayor of London’s planned expansion.

This means that this regressive tax on our poorest and most vulnerable motorists will now go ahead at the end of August.

We would like to thank residents support in our fight against Mayor Khan’s money making scheme. The only way to stop the ULEZ expansion now is to vote for Susan Hall in the May 2024 London Mayoral election as she will reverse the ULEZ expansion to outer London on day one!
