Rosalyn has lived in Harrow since getting married in 1991 although spent her childhood in Harrow. She was a Conservative candidate for Rayners Lane in the 2018 Local council elections.

After a career in banking, she now works as the Constituency Assistant for David Simmonds CBE the MP for Ruislip, Northwood & Pinner and is also Secretary for Ruislip, Northwood & Pinner Conservatives as well as Office Administrator for Harrow West Conservative Association.
