From January 2023, Harrow residents can park in Council-owned car parks for free for 60 minutes.

Back in August, Harrow Council's Conservative leadership implemented 1 hour free parking for on-street parking spaces.

Conservative Councillors believe this will save residents money while shopping and will give a boost to local businesses, as increased free parking will make it easier for residents to shop.

Cllr Paul Osborn, Leader of Harrow Council, said, 

“One-hour-free parking has proved hugely popular and I’m delighted to confirm its extension.  

“At a time when money is tight for everyone, we’re investing in our parking discount to directly benefit local people and Harrow’s economy."
